Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

PO Box Addresses

Orders shipping to PO Box addresses will be delivered exclusively via USPS.

Holiday Delays

Shipping carriers do not operate on U.S. federal holidays, which may cause delays in order processing or delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our research-use-only products, the following policies apply.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been shipped, RUO Science does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. Once order processing has begun, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Our team will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, RUO Science is not responsible for loss, theft, or carrier-related delays.

USPS shipments typically include insurance coverage up to $100. For higher-value orders, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout.
